We make EasyBrow Lights for Grumman instrument panels, illuminating them like they've never been lit before. We're now offering other aircraft owners the opportunity to install these great lights in their aircraft. If you fly at night, you know that good instrument panel lighting can really make a difference. EasyBrow lighting can be the perfect solution! Just mount Fresh Aero EasyBrow LED Lights on your eye brow above your panel or convenient location and bathe your panel in pure even light. The EasyBrow Lights consist of strips of LEDs only 8mm wide and 2mm thick (about 5/16'x3/32"). These lights can be purchased in 2 inch increments up 16 feet in length with MIL-W-22759 aircraft wire leads soldered and shrink wrapped on one end. We know of no other company that offers this kind of custom flexibility. And EasyBrow lights use only a fraction of the power of incandescent bulbs! The EasyBrow Lights mount easily to almost any surface in any configuration with the attached 3M tape. Other Features Include ---

Great redundancy! The special series parallel circuitry means that even if you loose an LED (not likely), only 3 LEDs in a 48 LED 2.5 foot array will fail. You won't even notice!

The EasyBrow lights Illuminate the entire instrument panel with bright and clean light. No halos, shadows, hot spots or weak spots – just beautiful even light. The EasyBrow accentuates the needles and indices on the gauges and makes reading the instruments a joy! And unlike dedicated instrument lights, these lights will illuminate your charts on your yoke and lap too.

Many More LEDs for Any Given Length Our LED light strips are densely populated with LEDs every 5/8 inch. This provides an even full light with no shadows or weak spots for the entire length of the strip. Most suppliers don't offer LED lighting with this density at our cost. Optional Clear Silicone Covering We offer LED Strips with or without a clear silicone covering. The silicone covering is an option for protecting the LEDs from fingerprints and other contaminants. Four Colors to Choose from and Also a New Four Color Combo Strip. We offer four colors of LED light strips - blue, red, green and white. We also are introducing a new combination light strip with an infrared controller that offers the choice of all four colors and several intermediate colors - all with one light strip. 12 & 24 Volts Both 12/14 and 24/28 volt dc lighting is available - all at the same price. Any Length with Optional Soldered Leads We offer a soldered lead option for only 5 dollars. This option consists of 24 inches of 20 gauge military spec. MIL-W-22759 aircraft wire leads soldered and shrink wrapped on one end of the strip. This is available on any length light strip. We know of no other company that offers this kind of custom flexibility. Optional 45 Degree Angle Mounting Strip Fresh Aero will soon offer a new mounting option, a beveled mounting strip that mates with the EasyBrow light strip. This mounting option will direct all the radiated light into the instrument panel and provide improved panel illumination. A New Dimming Control Option We're now offering a great pulse width dimming circuit and control potentiometer for all your LED dimming needs. This dimmer performs especially well with the EasyBrow Lights. Pulse width modulation controls LED brightness by "pulsing" the input electrical power at a very high frequency (speed). PWM dimmers consume a fraction of the electrical power of rheostats or other dimming devices use as very little electrical energy is wasted in the form of heat. A very "cool" way to control power in LED lighting circuits indeed. Look for these dimming circuits on our web site and shopping cart soon. |

EasyBrow Lights are 1 dollar per inch and are offered in 2 inch (24mm) 3 LED increments in any unbroken length up to 16 feet. When you order, just enter the length you need (in even numbers) in the quantity box. For example, if you need a 36 inch continuous length, enter 36 as the quantity and you will receive a 3 foot EasyBrow Light. If you need more than one EasyBrow strip, enter the total length of all the strips in the quantity box and note specifically what you need in the comments box. For example, one 36 inch 12 volt strip & one 18 inch 12 volt strip. We are working to simplify the ordering experience in our shopping cart, but this the best we can do for now.
Also, we strongly recommend the MIL Spec wiring and shrink wrap option as the wires can be difficult to solder to the light strip without the proper holding fixtures and miniature soldering equipment. Note: leads are a 5 dollar option listed as a separate product in our "FllightLights" category. Order the wire lead option for every EssyBrow strip you purchase.
The EasyBrow Lights are available in 2 inch segments of 3 LEDs per segment. A single 2 inch segment is only available in 12 volts dc. Longer segments are available in both 12 and 24 volts dc.
We offer the EasyBrow Light with a protective clear silicone covering with foam tape that will protect the EasyBrow from contamination if frequently handled. Do you need it? These are our thoughts......
Once mounted, these lights don't see much exposure to contamination as they're nested under the lower eye brow and you don't see them. However, if your passengers frequently grab the eye brow (not a good thing), then you may want to order the protective covering to protect the LEDs. Cleaning will be a breeze too.
