Important Notice: we are not currently manufacturing the Easy Light. This is with mixed emotions because we have made these lights, with various updates, since 2005. I’m in my mid-70’s and it’s time to retire some of our more labor intensive products, as I don’t have the resources to keep them in the lineup. I need to think about retiring too.

This is our newly designed Easy Light for Grumman AA-5 aircraft. The plug-in overhead canopy light that replaces the existing overhead incandesent light fixture. This light has the single LED color forward light head.

We now offer multi-color EasyBrow Lights with the option of two or more colors integrated in one light strip. Red, blue, green and white are available. Colors are selected with a 2-position or rotary switch, depending on the number of colors chosen with the light build. The switch is integrated with the wire harness so no additional wiring is necessary. Just mount the switch in the lower eye brow or upper panel, plug the wire harness into an existing incandesent bulb socket and you’re good to go.

 

For pilots looking for a choice of color option, we know of

 

no other company that offers this flexibility.

If you fly your Grumman AA Series aircraft at night, you know that the original instrument panel lighting leaves a lot to be desired. The Fresh Aero EasyEdge Light is one of our latest Grumman lighting innovations and the excellent way to augment the panel lights on your AA-5.

The existing side panel lights on the Grumman AA-5 series aircraft don’t provide much light to the lower instrument panel on the right and left sides. The incandescent bulbs don’t have reflectors and the red lens absorbs most of the radiated light.

The EasyEdge Lights solves this issue by bathing lower instrument panel with direct red, blue, green or white LED light.

Please keep in mind that the EasyEdge Light is sold individually for each side, so unless you are buying a pair, you you need to specify for which side you want.
